Warm Highland Veggie Crumble Salad

  • 130g Highland Veggie Crumble
  • 200g baby salad leaves
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 50g red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 100g radish, thinly sliced
  • 50g Stilton, crumbled
  • ½ avocado, cubed
  • Your favourite salad dressing or oil


  1. Heat the haggis in the microwave according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Arrange all of the ingredients on the plate and pour over the dressing.
  3. Gently crumble the hot haggis on top.
