Enjoy traditional haggis first thing in the morning

  • 454g Macsween Haggis
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, on the vine
  • 50ml extra virgin olive or rapeseed oil
  • Sea salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste
  • (Optional extras to consider: bacon, mushrooms, potato scone or hash brown) 


  1. Cook the haggis according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in another frying pan and crack in the eggs.
  3. Place the cherry tomatoes under a hot grill for 3 minutes.
  4. Once all of the ingredients are cooked, assemble onto 2 hot plates, season to taste and eat immediately.
