Baby Burns

A mini Burns Night treat

454g Macsween Haggis
8 baby new potatoes
1 carrot
1 turnip


  1. Peel and dice the carrot and turnip then boil in a large saucepan
    of salted water until soft.
  2. Boil the baby new potatoes in another large saucepan of salted water.
  3. Meanwhile heat the haggis according to the instructions on the pack.
  4. Once the carrot and turnip are cooked, drain and mash.
  5. Once the potatoes are cooked, allow to cool and then scoop out a
    hollow from the centre of the potato.
  6. Fill the potatoes with hot haggis and top with the mashed carrot
    and turnip.
  7. Serve immediately.
