Bacon and Haggis Breakfast Roll

  • 130g Macsween Haggis
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 2 breakfast rolls
  • 20g butter
  • Sea salt and freshly milled black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/gas mark 2.
  2. Split the rolls, butter each half, and place in the oven to warm.
  3. Grill or fry the bacon, and when it is almost ready, cook the haggis in the microwave according to the instructions on the pack.
  4. Remove the rolls from the oven and place the haggis and bacon on top. Add some of your favourite relish or even a fried egg.
