It's Sport Relief this Sunday and Hamish and friends are getting in training for 'The Biggar Mile' in South Lanarkshire.

First a trip to the local sports centre to get in a bit of training.

Then a spot of footie training with the local football club.

Off to the streets of Biggar to spread the word and get more people signed up!

Now do behave Angus....
