    To celebrate the launch of our 2014 Special Edition range, Brighton foodie hotspot The Coal Shed, created a seven course tasting menu showcasing the new products.

    The clever chefs produced a very creative selection of dishes using our Special Edition haggis, veggie haggis and black pudding in ways that we had never seen before. We were treated to dishes such as Malt Glazed Pig's cheek with 'Wild Boar Haggis' croquettes, shallots, apple and cobnuts; and for dessert Chocolate and Chilli Black Pudding and Beetroot Brownie. Incredible!

    The Special Edition range, which is now on sale from our website, was created by James Macsween following the popularity of our 2013 Editions of Venison Haggis and Threebird haggis, which won a Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Award for Product of the Year.

    The Three new flavours bring together the finest ingredients and most delicious seasons to create a range of truly wonderful gourmet editions. The Wild boar haggis is succulent and sweet with pear, wild mushrooms and spices; the Chocolate and Chili Black Pudding is a decadent delight of earthy cocoa and rich spice and the Moroccan Spiced Vegetarian haggis has fragrant apricots, prune, ginger and line for a sweet, spiced depth.
