Do you love the nutty crunch of Macsween Vegetarian Haggis?
Well here at Macsween HQ we are achieving the impossible; we are removing nuts as an ingredient from our veggie haggis whilst maintaining the well-loved taste and texture … "how could this possibly be true?" I hear you ask … well please read on.

Did you know that Macsween invented the vegetarian haggis over 25 years ago? National Vegetarian Week is approaching, 21st - 27th May and to celebrate we invited Alex Connell, Principal Tutor of the Cordon Vert cookery school to step out of the kitchen for a quick chat.
