Vegetarian Haggis

While haggis, neeps and tatties is the classic combination, especially for 25th January, don’t forget that like our traditional haggis, our vegan-friendly vegetarian haggis can be eaten all year around.  The delicious combination of pulses, fresh vegetables, nuts and spices blended together forms the basis of this modern take on the traditional dish.  Our vegetarian haggis is very popular with both meat eaters and vegetarians, and, over the years, we have discovered its potential as an ingredient with roasted peppers, a nutty stuffing with roast meats, a great filling for a baked potato, or even spicy pakora.
