Haggis Crostini

This is a great way to impress your friends without doing very much.

All you need is some ciabatta bread, which you slice quite thinly and lightly toast.  Rub a clove of garlic over the toasted surface and add a few drops of olive oil.  Spread on some hot Macsween haggis and add finely chopped fresh vine tomatoes.  Finish with a sprinkling of freshly chopped herbs, such as basil or parsley, to decorate.  I like olives, so I add them, too.

Be warned, most guests eat so many that they have no room for anything else!
