Barbecued Haggis

Thread cocktail haggis onto a skewer (with their skins still on).  You can also thread on some marinated mushrooms and peppers, if you wish, to add some colour.  Barbecue once coals are smouldering until piping hot all through – approximately 5-10 minutes.  Delicious served with a tomato and chilli dip.

You can eat the skins of the haggis or peel them off, as you prefer.
