100g Macsween traditional
haggis/vegetarian haggis
fresh vine tomatoes
basil or parsley

1. All you need is some ciabatta bread,
which you slice quite thinly and lightly toast.
2. Rub a clove of garlic over the toasted surface and add a few
drops of olive oil.
3. Spread on some hot Macsween traditional
haggis/vegetarian haggis and add
finely chopped fresh vine tomatoes.
1. Finish with a sprinkling of freshly
chopped herbs, such as basil or parsley, to
decorate.
2. I like olives, so I add them,
too.
3. Be warned, most guests eat so many
that they have no room for anything else!
