Blue Cheese & Walnut Canapés 

This recipe was the result of a ‘Ready Steady Cook’ moment.  Mark (the photographer) and I had reached the end of a day of shooting recipes for black pudding and decided we wanted to make a canapé to add to the collection.  The result was what we found in Mark’s fridge and cupboards! 

Toasted sliced bread, cut into little circles (we improvised and used an egg cup!).  Thinly slice some small vine tomatoes, lightly fry some small cubes of Macsween black pudding, and take some blue cheese and a few walnut pieces.  Assemble!
