Black Pudding 

There is a lot of regional variation in black puddings available throughout the UK.  Macsween black pudding does not contain large chunks of fat and is smooth and moist, rather like the texture of a dense chocolate pudding.  Consumers of black pudding tend to have a strong preference when it comes to the taste and texture of this much-loved classic, so we do not expect to please everyone with our family recipe.  We did, however, find favour with The Observer's Food Monthly, which voted us into its top three best black pudding products for 2007.
