Whether you are preparing canapés, a quick snack or a banquet for thousands, we have a wide range of haggis and black pudding products available.
Macsween has developed three catering packs for our three products, especially for food service applications. These packs have been designed for easy slicing and serving, with minimum packaging. Macsween’s Traditional Ceremonial Haggis is also a great product for food service operators. This product is particularly good for Scottish celebrations – like Burns Night, Christmas, Hogmanay, and many other large functions. This is haggis as it was traditionally served! This 3.6kg product will serve at least 16 people, and has been produced for maximum presentation value.
Macsween’s Traditional Cocktail Haggis is our final product that’s particularly suited to catering. This pack of 25 cocktail-sized servings is perfect for entrees, snacks, or hors d'oeuvres.
