Macsween of Edinburgh are The Haggis Specialists. We are a thriving Scottish family business, now in our third generation. We began making haggis in the 1950s, produced the first vegetarian haggis in the 1980s and expanded to the world’s first dedicated haggis factory in the 1990s.
