Macsween is totally committed to the highest quality standards in relation to its business, its products and its people.

Macsween is audited by EFSIS to British Retail Consortium global food standards and has consistently achieved Grade A, the highest standard possible.  Importantly, our staff training is aligned with our production systems so that quality is part of the day-to-day culture.  The company provides a tailored training package that is relevant to individual responsibilities and encourage each team member to undertake a 'learning journey'.  A key part of this process is that employees visit our own suppliers and non-competing food companies so that Macsween can constantly learn and improve its standards and performance.
